For example, our team has provided advice regarding the use of provisional liquidation and/or use of letters of request.

We are also known for our experience in acting in schemes of arrangement, and we have acted on a number of previous occasions in the Isle of Man High Court in successfully obtaining an order to sanction a scheme of arrangement under the Companies Act 2006.
