Acting for liquidators
We are regularly instructed by liquidators seeking a broad range of advice and assistance. This includes assistance with considering the validity of proofs of debt submitted by creditors, providing advice and support in respect of statutory filings and/or assisting with pursuing debts owed to companies in liquidation and/or claims against former officers.
