DQ acted as Isle of Man counsel advising FRP on its acquisition of local insolvency services firm GWC, based in Douglas. The acquisition of GWC was the eighth acquisition made by FRP since listing on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in March 2020 and DQ was pleased to have advised FRP on this transaction and its expansion into the Isle of Man.
