Oliver Fleming

Oliver is a Associate within the dispute resolution team. Oliver was called to the Manx Bar in February 2025. Oliver’s experience in landlord and tenant has seen him act for both commercial and residential landlords achieving both prompt court orders for rent arrears and possession as well as settling possession matters achieving an expedient and cost effective compromise to ongoing disputes. In his personal injury and clinical negligence practice, Oliver has worked with experts from various fields to establish liability and identify the appropriate financial award for the injuries sustained, ultimately securing substantial settlements for his clients. Further, Oliver has experience working with injured minors and advising their litigation friend of the appropriate procedure in order to comply with the specific rules designed to protect minors subject to litigation. Oliver graduated from the University of Cumbria with a First Class Honours Degree in Professional Policing before obtaining a Masters Degree in Qualifying Law from Liverpool John Moores University and a Masters Degree in Law, Business and Management (incorporating the LPC) from the University of Law.
