Matthew is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team at DQ.
Matthew is a Manx Advocate and has significant experience in advising on a wide range of
complex domestic and cross-border corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
Matthew’s specialist areas of practice are:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Banking and asset finance
- Financial services regulation
- Solvent corporate restructuring
- E-gaming
- Private investment structures
- Corporate governance
Matthew is also a duly appointed Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public in the Isle of Man.
