Amelia is a Senior Associate within the dispute resolution and employment teams.
Amelia was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2016 and is a member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple; she was called to the Manx Bar in 2018.
Amelia has a broad practice having been head of a private client team for several years prior to joining DQ’s dispute resolution and employment teams; she is well placed to advise in respect of estate and trust disputes given her background but is also known to have been involved in numerous important cases in the Isle of Man Employment and Equality Tribunal and has had such reputation acknowledged in the Legal 500.
Amelia’s practice extends to dispute resolution generally as she has been involved in many personal injury cases, land and boundary disputes, debt recovery, contractual and commercial disputes, building disputes, professional and medical negligence claims, and data protection claims.
Amelia qualified as a data protection practitioner in 2018 and is both a notary public and a commissioner for oaths.
