DQ has advised The Sovereign Group Ltd on the sale of certain of its Isle of Man personal, domestic pension scheme business to Baker Tilly Isle of Man Fiduciaries Limited.
DQ was represented on the transaction by Annemarie Hughes, head of the Private Client, Trusts and Pensions Department, and Andrew Harding, head of the Corporate and Commercial department, both assisted by Rachel Winterbach, Associate.
