DQ has advised I J Meeuwsen on the sale of the share capital of Bodystat Limited, a market leader in Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) devices, to Damian Bird, Antonella Butler and Bryan Noonan.
DQ was represented on the transaction by Barry Smith, consultant of the Corporate and Commercial Team.
