DQ acted as local counsel, with Watson Farley & Williams LLP in London as instructing counsel, advising Beacon Energy Plc on the placing of ordinary shares and the proposed re-admission to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange. The value of this deal was in excess of £6 million and involved legal counsel from multiple jurisdictions, including, the Isle of Man and the United Kingdom.
