DQ acted as Isle of Man counsel advising R&Q, global non-life speciality insurance company, on the merger of two local authorised insurers, R&Q Insurance (IOM) Limited (previously Energia Group Insurance Limited) and Hickson Insurance Limited, having previously advised on the acquisition of Energia Group Insurance Limited back in 2022.
