DQ has further enhanced its e-learning platform by adding video content to its MLRO resource library.
Subscribers to the platform can benefit from watching a 30 minute interview with Phil Hunkin, the director of the Financial Intelligence Unit on the recently released FIU’s annual report for 2019/20. In the video, Phil talks about his plans for the FIU going forward as well as the trends identified by the FIU from the suspicious transaction reports submitted in the report period.
The e-learning platform was launched in September 2020 and provides online learning specific to the Isle of Man regulatory requirements across a range of topics including AML/CFT, data protection and fraud prevention. Modules are available at executive and operational level and there is a wide range of analytics available to evidence the effectiveness of the training undertaken by staff.
