Our team is one of the largest dedicated employment law teams on the Isle of Man. Our team acts for a broad range of employees and employers, including financial institutions, public and private companies, fiduciary businesses and entrepreneurial start-ups.

Our team provides advice and assistance in respect of contentious and non-contentious employment issues concerning unfair dismissal claims, redundancy, discrimination claims, exits and restructuring, reviewing and updating contracts of employment and other policies, employment issues concerning mergers & acquisitions and GDPR advice in the employment context.
