Hazel’s appointment will strengthen DQ’s specialist corporate and commercial department, where she will work alongside the expanding corporate team including leading practitioners Mark Dougherty and Tom Maher and newly appointed director Stephen Dougherty. Hazel is a qualified English solicitor and has significant experience of general corporate and commercial, corporate banking and finance, acquisitions and asset finance. Hazel also intends to expand her expertise to Isle of Man funds and e-business.
